This is not a panda, it is a dog with panda clothes:-)
I think the name for that dog is Chow Chow, a breed of dog that was first developed in Mongolia about 4,000 years ago and was later introduced into China.
Frankly speaking, if it is panda I did not like it… Animals belong to nature should stay in their natural conditions. If they have used this panda for the advertisement of Royal Canin products it is even not very good..!
